TFTTBlogThe highly-informative webinar series recently launched in November―”Healthcare Innovation: Trends from the Trenches”―held its third webinar, “Consumer Data, Insights and Innovation: What the Data Can Really Tell Us About How to Adapt to Changing Times,” January 17, 2014. This information-rich session took an in-depth look at data analytics and the vital role they play in today’s rapidly changing healthcare industry.

Co-hosted by two healthcare industry experts, Andrea Simon, Corporate Anthropologist and Founder/President of Simon Associates Management Consultants (SAMC), and Linda MacCracken, VP, Truven Health Analytics and Adjunct Lecturer, Harvard School of Public Health, the webinar reviewed data analytics needed for Fee For Service and Fee for Value consumer engagement. Audience participants received practical tools to help them and their teams find better ways to serve their customers, and learned how to tie data and information into valuable insights to help them better “see, feel and think” in new ways so they can “do” better in changing times.

Two additional webinars are planned: The Future of Healthcare Marketing is Digital on February 14, 2014 and The Changing Healthcare Marketplace on March 21, 2014. Both will be held at Noon ET. Please join us.
