Linda MacCracken is Principal of MacCracken Consulting, a consulting firm focused on helping healthcare providers achieve sustained market advantage with physician-aligned, market-driven strategies. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer on Management at Harvard’s Masters in Health Care Management Program for physician executives.
Linda has served in leadership roles at Truven Health Analytics, Thomson Reuters Health, Northwest Community Healthcare and Sturdy Memorial Hospital. Her publications include “Market-Driven Strategy,” Enduring Trends in Healthcare: Beyond ACA,” “Talking To My Generation” and “Using Market Intelligence to Grow Profitable Business.”
Linda began her career at Beth Israel Deaconess, launching marketing and patient driven service design while teaching marketing at Harvard School of Public Health’s Masters in MPH program and Organizational Behavior and Marketing at Boston University’s Management Programs. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Political Science from Macalester College and her MBA in Health Care Management from Boston University.
